v. Introduction: In our country the artificial breeding of sturgeons for the purpose of meat production accomplished by deceased doctor Hosein Yousefpoor in Doctor Beheshti in 1990 for the first time. In that year for nourishing the fish , used the handmade meal in addition to the imported meal from Germany and the meal produced in the complex.

during the last years and by approaching the scientific connection of Iran fishery and fishery investigations Institute of the caspian sea in Russia and the entrance of the Russian experts to our country and with the emphasis of the recent process of sturgeons breeding belonging to the market  , this work enters to a new stage so that the artificial breeding of sturgeons stared under the view of the Russian experts by the transition of the fish from Marjani Martyr center in Golestan Province to Martyr Doctor Beheshti complex in 1995 . During this term, the dietary ration defined and many experimental plans earned by the staring and changing the culture accumulation on the basis of the fish growth and by the percentage of alive weight and also by the control of water physicochemical agents and breeding biogenic.

Then this process started by fil and calabash species with the overage weight of 3-1 gr in Marjen Martyr center in 1996 for the examination of the ecological conditions in sturgeons breeding , during the execution of the aquatics breeding and increase , the meal made and used in the center . In view of the seriousness of the feeding and meal formulation for sturgeons breeding It was decided that this project performs as the comparison  between 4 meal formulas until at the end obtained the suitable meal formula.

After obtaining the biogenic of sturgeons meat breeding in the large production level , the breeding and increase plan of the meat sturgeons was ratified after bring up on many exorcise meetings in the specialized committee of the sturgeons breeding and increase in 1998 (1377/12/23) and was decided that the last change and the accounts related to making should done in the breeding and increase and restart ion of the production reserves and fish breeding and aquatics engineering that the performance stages and the plan prepared at the end.

v - The conditions for sturgeons breeding.

1 - The suitable temperature for breeding is 15 to 27 c , It is evident that in the temperature under 6c , the feeding and growth will stop and the best temperature of growth is 19 - 21c for this species.

2 - The suitable rate of water saltiness is between 4 - 10 gr/ lit for breeding but in the saltiness about 18 gr , the breeding is done too.

3 - The suitable rate of sudation oxygen is 6 - 8 mgr/ lit , carbon dioxide is less than 10 mgr/ lit and the water pH is between 7 to 8/5.

4 - The presence of water in the quantity of 50 - 30 lit/ second is sufficient in heaped up breeding for producing 5 - 10 ton fish during a years.

The length of breeding period:

The length of sturgeons breeding period is a one year cycle and of course the length of the cycle depends on the first weight of the fish , feeding and the health of the pools that within a period of one year the fish will reach to 3 kqr and is prepared for selling.
